Refund policy

Returns

A request to return an item must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item.

To request a return, email nikkiscrochetducks@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing an item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Custom and personalized items

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email nikkiscrochetducks@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has shipped or work on a custom item has begun.
